GPU driver advice

Use the newest a8xx / Gen8 builds (Turnip Gen8 from StevenMXZ or Mr. Purple, or Qualcomm v8xx). Older Turnip builds don't support 8xx, so pick ones labelled a8xx/Gen8.

Day-one checklist
